2 c. macaroni (uncooked) I like small shells
1 stick butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles, drain. In saucepan melt butter, then add flour and stir constantly for two minutes. Do not brown, stir in milk. salt & pepper. Cook until smooth and thickened, add cheese and stir until smooth. Put pasta in a greased casserole dish, pour cheese over. Sprinkle with paprika, Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
