1 Duncan Hines Pineapple Cake Mix 1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 pk 3 1/2 oz. vanilla INSTANT pudding 2 cups milk
1 can 8 oz. crushed pineapple, well drained 2 cups of Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake in 2, 13 by 9" pans, at 300 degrees. Cool completely... For filling...Beat cream cheese, pudding mix & milk for 2 minutes. With a fork, loosen the crushed pineapple & stir into mixture. Spread pudding mixture on the first layer, then add the top layer, and cover with Cool whip. It advises to refrigerate one day before serving.
