4 chicken breasts, halved
8 Tblsp. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups honey mustard dressing
2 cups of pecans run through food processor








Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Pound to uniform thickness between sheets of waxed paper. Spreads one side of the chickens breast with 2 T cream cheese. Roll to enclose filling; secure with toothpick. Roll in honey mustard dressing, then coat with pecans. Bale at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
