2 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, grated
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook spinach in small amount of water with onion until thawed. Drain spinach lightly.

2. Beat eggs; mix with rest of the ingredients and add to spinach. Bake in a greased casserole for 45-50 minutes at 350ºF or until center is set.
