1 c. vermicelli, broken
1 c. rice, washed
1/2 c. butter
1 (13 oz) can chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter. Add rice and vermicelli and cook until all grains are coated.

2. Heat chicken broth and 2 ounces water, plus a little salt and pepper. Pour over rice. Put in casserole, cover tightly and bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes and 200ºF for 20 minutes.
