6 large potatoes
4 green onions, chopped
1/3 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
2/3 c. sour cream
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes (with skins) until tender. Peel and grate. Melt butter and sour cream together in small saucepan. Place grated potatoes in greased 9x13 inch Pyrex baking dish. Sprinkle cheese and onions over top. Mix butter and sour cream into potato mixture. Smooth top and sprinkle with corn flake crumbs. Bake for 1 hour at 350 or until golden brown.
