4 lbs of chicken cut in 6 pieces
2 packets of Sazon Goya
4 garlic cloves
1 large onion, sliced
1 large green pepper sliced
1 small can of tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup sliced pimento filled onions
1 tsp capers
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup dry Sherry Wine
1 lb potatoes, peeled and quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle the chicken with the Sazon Goya packets. Heat oil and brown chicken. Add onions, peppers and garlic. add tomato sauce, capers, olives, and Sherry wine, raisins, salt and pepper.Add chicken stock to cover the chicken. and cook on high for about 40 minutes. Add the potato pieces in the last 20 minutes of cooking.
