2 egg yolks
3/4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour (plus 1 Tbsp.)
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 lb. butter
1 bag frozen cherries
1 Tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift 2 1/2 c. flour into bowl. Add egg yolks and milk; mix well. Knead and form a ball of dough. Cover dough about 10 minutes.

2. Mix cherries and 1 Tbsp. flour

3. Roll dough out very thin and cut into 3-inch circles. Place 2 or 3 cherries on each circle. Fold to form a half moon shape and seal edges well. Boil gently in water for 3-5 minutes. Lift out of water with a slotted spoon.

4. Melt butter and saute onion; pour over Pierogi and serve while hot with sour cream.
