Brownie Layer:
1 stick butter, cut into pieces.
5.5 oz. bittersweet baking chocolate
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs + 1 yolk
1/2 c. flour
2 T. cocoa
1/4 t. salt
1 1/2 t. vanilla

Cheese Layer:
16 oz. cream cheese
2 egg yolks
2/3 c. sugar
2 t. vanilla sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line 9 x 13 pan w/ parchment paper. Melt butter and chocolate, stirring until smooth. Mix in sugar and then eggs. Mix in flour, cocoa, salt and vanilla.
To make the cheese layer, just mix all ing. w/ stick blender. Pour a little more than half the brownie mixture in pan. Spread evenly. Pour cheese mixture. Put the rest of the brownie mixture over the top. Bake for 40 min.

I make this pareve. I substitute margarine for the butter and Toffutti cream cheese for the cream cheese.
