20-oz pineapple tidbits, drained
6 T self-rising flour
1 c sugar
1 c grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick sliced butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 . Mix first 3 ingredients and pour into greased 8 x 8 dish.
Mix next 2 ingredients (cheese/crackers) and pour over pineapple.

Cover with sliced stick of butter and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve warm!
