Sweet and Sour Meatloaf Recipe

1 1/2 lb ground beef OR ground turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c catsup
1 c oatmeal
Salt and pepper

Sauce:
1/2 c catsup
2 T vinegar
2 T brown sugar
3/4 c water
1 T mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Put into a loaf pan and start baking in the oven. While this starts baking, mix up the sauce in a bowl. Remove meatloaf from oven, pour the sauce over it and replace in oven. Let bake 1 and 1/2 hours total time.
