1 c sugar
1 c vegetable oil
1 c raisins
1 c walnuts
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp hot water
3 egg
Pinch salt
Flour to make a stiff dough (3 1/2 - 4 c)
Sugar and Cinnamon to dip pretzels in prior to baking

Directions:
Directions:
Grind walnuts and raisins with finest grinder (not the peanut butter knife). *Can use more raisins and a few less walnuts. Easy on soda and water. Use a rounded tsp of dough, roll into pencil thick rope, shape into pretzel, dip into cinnamon sugar, and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.

The walnuts and raisins can be ground up together in a food processor rather than the food grinder that is called for in the recipe.
