Sesame Noodles;

1 lb box of spaghetti
1/2 cup dark soy sauce
1/2 cup roasted or toasted sesame oil
1/3 cup sugar
3 scallions thinly sliced
1/4 cup or more sesame seeds

Grilled Chicken;

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon dry ginger
4-5 boneless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions:

Sesame Noodles;
Prepare spaghetti as per package instructions, drain. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar and pour over pasta. Toss with scallions and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Grilled Chicken;
In a small bowl mix soy sauce, teriyaki, garlic , brown sugar and ginger. Add chicken, tossing to coat. Cover and put in refrigerater for 2-3 hours. Remove chicken from marinade, discard remaining marinade. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high flame. Add chicken, saute for about 10 minutes or until done, adding drops of sesame oil as needed. Remove from pan, cool slightly. Slice chicken diagonally into thin strips, keep warm. Serve chicken over sesame noodles.
