1 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1/4 tsp almond extract
2 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, almond extract and flour and mix well. Put through Spritz cookie dough press. Bake 8-10 minutes in a 400 º oven. Decorate before or after baking. Dough may be colored red or green.
