1 ball fresh mozzarella (in deli section)
5 or so fresh basil leaves
Tomato
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

RECIPE PER PERSON

Directions:
Directions:
Slice fresh mozzarella approx. 1/4 in thick.
Slice tomato approx. 1/4 in thick; salt lightly.
Top with 1 or 2 fresh basil leaves.
Top with 1 T. olive oil.
Top with 1 T. Balsamic vinegar.
