4 6oz jars marinated artichoke hearts
2 small onions
2 cloves garlic
8 eggs, lightly beaten
1c fine bread crumbs
salt, pepper, oregano, 4 dashes Tabasco
1 lb sharp grated cheddar cheese
4 t chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Drain marinade from 2 jars of artichokes. Save
and discard the marinade from the other 2 jars.
Chop the artichokes, onions, and garlic and saute
in the reserved liquid. In a bowl, mix eggs, crumbs,
cheese and seasonings. Mix artichoke mixture
with the egg mixture.

Bake in a 9" X 13" pan at 325 degrees for 30 to 35
minutes. Cool before cutting.
