1/2 cup lard
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
2 Tbsp sour milk
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 plain flour
1 cup raisins or nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Drop by spoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheet. Press dough with bottom of glass.

Bake 350º for 12 - 15 minutes
