4 c green beans, cooked
2 T butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp grated onion
2 T flour
1 tsp sugar
1 c sour cream
1/2 lb grated Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c crushed corn flakes
1 T butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Stir into melted butter (first butter) the flour, salt, pepper, onion and sugar.

Add sour cream gradually. Fold in beans and heat thoroughly.

Pour into a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish and top with grated cheese. Mix corn flakes with butter and top casserole.

Bake 20-25 minutes at 350º.

Super easy to double. The original is to serve 6 as a side dish. Mom and Dad used to make this for Thanksgiving a lot.
