3 - 4 apples
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg well beaten
1/4 cup milk

Directions:

Peal and core apples. Slice in rings 1/4 inch thick.

Mix other ingredients. Will be like thick batter.

Dip apples in batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.

Drain on paper towel.
