Spiced Pecans Recipe

1 lb. package of pecan halves
1 tsp. cinnamon
C sugar
tsp. ground cloves
tsp. nutmeg
tsp. salt

Beat 1 egg white with 2 T water.

Mix in pecans and stir thoroughly until coated.

Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ground cloves and nutmeg.

Sprinkle over nuts and mix.

Put parchment paper on cookie sheets. Spray parchment paper with some cooking oil.

Spread out nuts in a single layer.

Bake 40 minutes at 300 degrees.

Let cool until nuts are dry.

Break up any nuts stuck together.
