Mustard Turnips Kale or Collards
1/2 c.olive oil
1 lg onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 jalapeņo pepper seeded and chopped
3/4 c. water
2 T. vinegar
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, garlic and jalapeņo peppers in oil for 6 min.
Add greens.
Add water and vinegar.
Bring to boil.
Cover and cook on low until tender (15 min) more for mature greens.
