4 boneless center cut pork chops (trim fat)
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp olive oil
1 T. flour
1 cloves garlic chopped
2 T. honey
2 green onions chopped (optional)
1 c. peach slices ( fresh, canned or frozen)
2 T. peach juice
1/2 c toasted pecan
1/2 can mushrooms (stems pieces and juice)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops (sprinkle with salt pepper and ginger
on both sides in oil. Remove and keep warm on platter.
Saute onions and garlic in drippings.
Add flour and brown lightly.
Add rest of ingredients. Heat until bubbly.
Return pork chops to skillet.
Simmer 10- 15 mins. until bubbly.
Serve over cooked rice
