16 c. Bread (about 1 loaf broken up and dried or unseasoned croutons)
2 Eggs
2/3 c. Slivered Almonds
1 c. Chicken Bouillon or Chicken Broth
3 1/2 c. Celery, chopped
5 T. onion, chopped
1 1/2 lb Butter, melted
1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
2 tsp Season All
1/2 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Saute Celery, onion in melted Butter until onions look clear.

Mix in a small bowl the Poultry Seasoning, Season All, and Salt.

Place bread in a large pot and sprinkle the Poultry Seasoning, Season All and Salt over the bread. Add the Celery, Onion, Butter mixture.

Add eggs, nuts, and toss

Add Chicken Broth and toss

Place mixture in 2 1/2 qt dish. Cover and bake 40 min at 300º F then uncover to brown (about 15 - 20 min)
