2 lbs. red potatoes peeled
3/4 tsp. season salt (Lawrys)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 T. margarine (suggestion Sweet Balance)
1/2 c low fat mayonnaise
2 oz. fat free sour cream
1/2 T. Dijon mustard
1 sm. onion chopped fine (green white or both)
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c dill pickle chopped
1 Tlb sweet pickle chopped
1 Tlb red bell pepper or pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in salted water. Boil 15 min. or until tender. Drain and add margarine while warm. Cool.
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, sour cream and pepper.
Fold into cooled potatoes along with the chopped veggies.
Chill and serve with whole wheat crackers
