1 c butter, softened
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c dates
1 c raisins
3 c chopped pecans and walnuts
16 oz fruit cake mix, chopped in food processor

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Combine flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by heaping teaspoons full onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheets about 1 minute. Remove and cool completely. Yield: about 7 dozen
