boneless, skinless chicken breasts
fresh squeezed lime juice
couple of glugs of tequila

RUB
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken in lime juice and tequila. ( i always marinate in a zip top bag, and put in a bowl in the fridge in case of spills). Only marinate the chicken for about 1/2 hr.
Remove chicken and pat dry with paper towels.

Rub chicken with the RUB. You may need more of the RUB depending how much chicken you have, and adjust seasonings as you like them.

Grill on indirect heat, depending on size of chicken, 10 - 12 min. per side.
Let the chicken rest for 7 - 10 min before serving.
