3 egg whites
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
12 Ritz Crackers crushed
1 cup chopped pecans
2 fresh peaches diced

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites till stiff, adding baking powder, vanilla and sugar gradually. Add 12 finely crushed Ritz cracker crumbs & 1 cup chopped pecans. Pour in pie pan and bake 350º for 35 minutes. Fill with whip cream and top with fresh fruit.
