Deluxe Chicken Supper Recipe

3 strips of bacon
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 small can of sliced mushrooms drained
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 cup sour cream
3 cups cubed chicken cooked
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp milk
2 cups bisquick mix
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp chopped pimento
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1.) Fry bacon until crisp--drain and crumble
2.) Saute onion, celery, green pepper and mushrooms in bacon drippings till tender.
3.) Combine soup and sour cream in a bowl. Add chicken, salt, worcestershire sauce, pepper, 1 Tbsp milk, and sautéed vegetables. Mix well and turn in 2 qt casserole dish.
4.) Combine biscuit mix, eggs, 1/2 cup milk, pimentos, and cheese. Drop by spoonfuls on top of chicken and vegetable mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
