7 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tsp. sugar
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
16 oz. small curd cottage cheese
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed, room temperature
6 Tbsp. butter, room temperature
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, milk and sugar. Add the cheeses and butter. Mix well, then add flour and baking powder. Pour into a greased 10x14 glass baking dish. Bake at 325º for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. This may be made ahead of time and refrigerated overnight.
