one pound ground beef shredded cheddar cheese
one green bell pepper chopped sour cream
one medium onion chopped salsa
one (8 oz) package cream cheese shredded lettuce
one package taco seasoning mix
two rolls of Pillsbury crescent rolls

Brown beef and drain grease. Add onions and peppers, cook until tender.
Add taco seasoning and cream cheese. stir until mixed well and cream
cheese melted.
separate crescent rolls into squares (using 2 triangles pressed
together side by side)
place one spoonful of beef mixture inside of crescent roll. top with
shredded cheese.
Fold sides together and pinch to seal. repeat with remaining crescent rolls.
Bake for about 12 minutes at 350
top with sour cream and serve with shredded lettuce topped with salsa
