2/3 pkg. Vermicelli
4 c. cooked chicken pieces
1/4 c. pimento (small jar)
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. white sherry or cooking wine
1 c. chopped water chestnuts
1 large can mushrooms
1 stick Kraft Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese grated (save half for top)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Vermicelli as directed and mix all ingredients except half the cheese.
Put in greased 9 X 13 baking dish and top with the rest of the cheese.
Bake for 30 -40 mins. at 350º.
