1 lb. lean ground meat
1 large onion, finely chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/3 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 small can tomato sauce
1/4 cup dry white cooking wine
Pimento stuffed olives, chopped
1/4 Raisins
1 packet of Goya Sazon
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
In a large skillet, brown the ground meat, onions and garlic. Lower heat to medium low. Add the tomato sauce, Sazon Goya, cooking wine, chopped olives, raisins salt and pepper. Let it all simmer for about 25 minutes. Serve over white rice and sweet fried plantains (platanitos).
