Ingredients:  
4 small zucchini chopped into bite sized pieces
Olive oil
2 skinned and deboned leftover chicken breast [already cooked] chop into bite sized pieces
1 Tablespoon Italian herb seasoning
1 package of cheese filled tortellini
7 ounces pesto sauce
2 large tomatoes chopped into bite sized pieces, with seeds removed
Grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle zucchini and chicken with Italian seasoning, place in skillet with enough olive oil to heat mixture
Cook approximately 6 minutes until zucchini is tender
Prepare tortellini according to package directions, drain
Toss tortellini with pesto, tomatoes, chicken and zucchini
Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese
