2 1/2 c. Bisquick
4 tbsp. cold butter
1 heaping c. grated cheddar cheese
3/4 c. cold whole milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Topping
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bisquick and butter using a pastry cutter or large fork. Don't mix too thoroughly. There should be small chunks of butter about the size of a pea. Add cheese,milk and garlic.Mix by hand,but don't over mix. Drop 1/4 c. portions onto ungreased cookie sheet with an ice cream scoop. Bake 15-17 min. at 400 degrees. Mix melted butter, garlic powder and parsley flakes. Brush overtop of biscuits.
