1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

Cream butter, sugar and egg. Add other ingredients, mix well. Bake in 400º oven for 20 to 22 minutes. Frost with orange colored icing.
