3 egg yolks
2 c canola oil
1 tube anchovy paste
1 T accent
1/2 T pepper
5 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 c red wine vinegar
2 stalks celery
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1 c Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
In blender, grind celery, onion, garlic and egg yolks. Add remaining ingredients slowly, except oil.
When all is well blended, add the oil slowly until it is blended also. Refrigerate dressing. Will last in refrig. for about 3 weeks.

This is my favorite Cesar salad dressing given to me by my Mother years ago. It makes a huge amount and cannot be cut in half very easily. I usually make the recipe and share with someone who also likes it
