2 warm c water, 1 c sugar, 1 pkg of yeast, combine and let sit 15 min. til it foams.

1 egg, 1/4 c oil, 1tsp salt, 4-6 c flour Mix with water after it foams and kneed til it comes to a soft dough. Form in round balls and place on flat pan.
