1 1/2 cups buttermilk 2 eggs 3 cups flour 2 Tsp baking powder 1/2 Tsp salt 1/2 cup sugar
Mix the buttermilk and the eggs together in a large bowl. Add the other ingredients, and mix together with a fork. Knead the dough on a floured surface. Shape the dough into a round loaf and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350ºF degrees for 60 minutes. Serve with butter.
