1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup pickle juice
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 slice bread, torn into small pieces
1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
1/4 cup ketchup/2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp.brown sugar
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the egg in bowl,whisk in the onion,pickle juice,salt,and pepper. Stir in bread till soggy then mix into the meat, combining evenly. Form into loaf and place into pan. Stir together the chopped pickles,ketchup,water,sugar,and worchestershire sauce.Pour this over the loaf. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until done.
