4 c flour
2 c brown sugar
3/4 c crisco
2 c boiling water
1 c dark molasses
1 T baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients as for pie dough.

Mix water, molasses and baking soda in a large mixing bowl.

Take 1 c of the crumb mixture out, set aside. Mix the remaining crumb mixture into the liquid mixture.

Pour into a greased 9x13 bowl. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
