Ingredients:
Ingredients:
16 oz. pkg. tube pasta
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. half and half
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1 c. tomatoes, chopped
1 c. pepperoni, diced
1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions and drain. In a large bowl mix together remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese. Stir in pasta and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish or equivalent casserole; sprayed or greased. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes; uncover and continue baking 5-10 minutes longer till bubbly.

You may substitute 1 tsp. chicken granules mixed with 1/2 c. hot water for the chicken broth and a small can of mushrooms may be substituted for the fresh mushrooms.

I have halved the recipe using the whole can of soup and decreasing other liquids some. I decrease the fat from the pepperoni by heating on paper towels in the microwave a short time.
