Ingredients:  
1 German Chocolate cake mix
1 stick of butter
14 oz caramels
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
5 oz can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, melted butter and 1/2 evaporated milk and stir. Spread half in the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Bake in oven at 350.

Melt remaining milk and caramels.

Remove pan from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips and spread caramel on top.

Top with remaining cake mixture. Bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
