2 Tbsp flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp Cocoa
1/8 tsp salt
1 pie crust baked

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and cocoa with sugar. Add milk and cook in double boiler - stir - 20 minutes.

Remove from heat. Cool for 2 - 3 minutes.

Add butter and well beaten egg yolks plus salt. Return to heat and cook 15 minutes stirring.

Cool 8 - 10 minutes and pour into baked pie crust.

Beat egg whites to make meringue for topper on pie.

Brown meringue slightly in oven.
