1 large head cabbage
1 Tbsp. butter or oil
1 Tbsp. flour
Water
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. ketchup or A1 sauce
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut cabbage into 1 inch pieces. Cook in water just until tender; drain.

2. Brown flour in butter; add water to make a creamy sauce. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic, sugar and ketchup. Add cabbage and simmer 10 minutes.
