1 1/2 cups shortening
3 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
5 1/2 cups flour
1 cup cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening and sugar. Beat in cottage cheese and eggs. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Chill for one hour and then shape into golf ball size balls and roll in sugar. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350º.
