1 tsp. margarine
1 tsp. olive oil
1 1/2 c. carrot, sliced diagonally into 1/4" pieces
2 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. fresh sage leaves, chopped
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1) Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add carrot and water. Partially cover pan and cook 10 minutes or until carrots are almost tender.

2) Add salt and pepper to pan; increase to medium-high heat. Add sage. Cook 5 minutes or until carrots are tender and lightly browned, stirring frequently.
