1 lb ground beef
2 cups cornflakes
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp onion
1 tsp celery seed or 1/4 cup raw celery
1/4 cup ketchup
2 cups of cooked rice(sometimes 2 1/2)
1/2 cup grated cheese
2 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
In 1st bowl beat 1 egg add meat, cornflakes, milk,1 teaspoon salt, pepper,onion, celery and ketchup.

In 2nd bowl beat other egg and add rice, 1 tsp salt, butter, and cheese.

Line glass casserole dish with rice mixture pushing up sided to top of dish. Then put meat mixture in center smoothing out against rice leaving rice ring at top

Bake 275º to 300º for 35 - 40 minutes
