1 c flour
1 stick butter
1 c pecans or walnuts
8 oz cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
2 cartons Cool Whip
1 pkg butterscotch pudding
3 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, butter, and nuts and press firmly into bottom of greased baking pan. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes until brown. Allow time to cool.
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and half carton of Cool Whip. Spread onto cooled crust.
Combine pudding and milk. Spread as next layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip as the top layer. Chill until serving.
