1 1/2 C crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 C chopped dried apricots (cooked for a few mins.in 1/2 C orange juice)
1/4 C cooking oil
2 C sugar
2 1/2 C flour
2 1/2 tsp baking soda
3 eggs
1 C pecans
1/2 tsp salt

Topping
8 oz. cream cheese
2 C powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C softened margarine

Pre-heat oven to 325.
MIx well in large bowl. Pour into greased and floured 9 X 13 pan. Bake for 35 mins.
Have cream cheese and margarine at room temp. Mix them in bowl until creamy, add vanilla and mix well. Add powdered sugar and continue mixing until spreading consistency. Spread over warm cake.
