1 cup shortening
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and work in cream cheese and sugar. Add rest of ingredients. Roll out dough and use cookie cutters. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 12 to 15 minutes at 375º.
